It's great to see Mambow, Peckham go on to become an instant hit, getting a rave review from the Sunday Times' reviewer Marina O'Loughlin right out of the gate. With excellent Malaysian food, a great vibe and very well priced dishes we can see Lee going onto big things after this, so head down there as soon as you can.
Mambow
Working with renowned young chef Abby Lee we were tasked with finding a counter for her south east Asian street food concept Mambow.
Following many viewings we found the person location in Market Halls in Peckham for her new home. Our brief was to design kitchen and bar, and assist on operational delivery.
In Market Peckham building you’ll find Mambow at the back of the ground floor as part of a collection of food stalls. Although if you want a front row seat, be sure to book one of the stools up at the counter on Resy.
Abby keeps her menu fresh and keeps her 8 item menu seasonally changing all the time.
Mambow has been highly reviewed in a multitude of different publications, including Time Out, Square Meal, The Times – to name but a few.
