Restauranteering seemed to me a bit like mountaineering, it is best not to look down and you are well advised to have a guide who knows the ropes. In setting up a unique venue that combines on site experience and art exhibitions as well as a layered dining offer, I was very pleased to work with Des and his team to help us get where we wanted to go.
Working with the owner Johnny Messum we were challenged with developing a new restaurant at Messums Art gallery in Wiltshire.
We appointed Chris Warwick as head chef who is ex Marco Pierre White. Insight hospitality assisted the delivery of Chris’s refined seasonal British offer. We are also developing a larger site for summer 2023.
