The Classic Cheeseburger (£9) boasts a classic build – two patties with double American cheese, pickles, onions, mustard and ketchup.
@Insight Hospitality we are always on the lookout for exciting products, suppliers, Artisan companies and offering our support to local businesses.
Our journey this week takes us to a Supernova Burger, London’s hottest new burger joint that has gone viral over the last 3 months.
Beautifully caramelised patties that are still juicy. British Angus beef with a 20% fat ratio for texture and flavour.
In my opinion they have definitely “smashed it”
A simple nod to the menu is highlighted on the back of every employee’s T-shirt like a Supernova motto.
The Classic Cheeseburger (£9) boasts a classic build – two patties with double American cheese, pickles, onions, mustard and ketchup.
Meanwhile, the House Cheeseburger (£9) looks to go one step further, with Supernova’s house sauce.
Both served in a potato bun, griddled, soft and squishy.
Hand cut fries (£3) come crispy and well-seasoned.
Caramel or chocolate sundae (£5) to finish for those with a sweet tooth.
Supernova’s almost overnight success isn’t surprising once you realise Gabriel Cohen-Elia and David Bellaiche are the same men behind the big, wet viral cookies at Crème. The duo have a proven track record for creating online buzz.
Although chef Jeremy Coste just wants to make the best burger he can.
Keep an eye out for my next blog where we @Insight Hospitality will bring you the movers and shakers currently exploding into the culinary world.
