Insight Off The Beaten Track – 67 Sourdough
@Insight Hospitality we are always on the lookout for exciting products, suppliers, Artisan companies and offering our support to local businesses.
Our journey this week takes us to a unique setting for a sourdough pizza concept.
67 Sourdough is a pizza and petrol heads dream. Situated in a car dealership in East Finchley in the classic car bar overlooking some of the most iconic classic and luxury sports cars, serving up limited batch thin crust 12inch wheels of sourdough delight.
The original mother dough (starter) that got used by “67Cam” with his assistant “PJ The Wizard” was 67 years old. So, the name stuck. Under the hood of all the pizzas is the turbo charged bubbly 67 starter. “67” is fed on a daily basis using the finest Shipton Mill flour and Berkey filtered water. Carefully curated toppings sourced from local suppliers ensuring a truly exceptional experience.
Pepperoni
One of the standouts it was delicious, great flavour combinations with a really good crisp base. Pepperoni, jalapenos, basil, hot honey, tomato sauce, parmesan shavings, grano padano, sweet peppadew peppers.

Garlic Knots with Hot Honey Sauce
These garlic knots were pleasingly chewy and accompanied with a side of extra garlic mayo were absolutely moreish. Great with a cold beer, or to keep the kids quiet whilst you take a wander around the amazing classic cars on show.
