The team were approached by Qubic Hotels to ‘make life more interesting’- their brief was to design and implement a resketched, city lifestyle restaurant. A home from home, celebrating life and creativity- to allow the mind to be re-generated during your stay.

Based in London and Manchester, Motley is a vegan and veg forward, seasonable and sustainably cuisine making with creativity without fuss and complication.
